For the best experience, we recommend using Chrome. Other browsers may have minor delays, which we are improving during the pilot.
Yes. Click the upload button and select your file. Sparkz currently supports PDF, DOCX, TXT, XLSX, CSV, RTF, PPTX, PNG, and JPG files. Once uploaded, Sparkz can summarize, analyze, or reference the content.
All uploaded files are securely stored in the Files section of your Knowledge Base.
Yes. Sparkz runs on most modern browsers across laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Just visit the website and log in; the experience adapts to your screen. Note: The mobile experience may be less than optimal during the pilot.
Users can access “Pro Tips” on the Sparkz home page to find information on FAQs, tutorials, and interactive learning games.

Due to Sparkz being in pilot mode, we are requiring all new users to have an access code. If you do not already have an access code, please use the “Request Pilot Access” button on the home page.
To speak with Sparkz, click the microphone icon and start talking. End your message by saying “Lightning” or click the blue Send button.
If the microphone isn’t working, check your browser settings:
In Chrome, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Site Settings → Microphone.
In Safari, go to Settings → Websites → Microphone and allow microphone access.
Sparkz can generate documents directly in chat. Simply type a request like:
“Make a PDF about mitosis” or “Can you summarize this conversation in a PDF?”
Sparkz will create the file and display a downloadable icon in the chat.
To receive an access code for the Sparkz pilot, you must sign-up to participate through the “Request Pilot Access” button on the home page.
Sparkz can support routines, reminders, and positive reinforcement. All you have to do is ask!

All conversation summaries from the website and meetings are saved in Sparkz’ memory. Parents can log in to their learners’ accounts to access this information at any time.

We currently do not have an app for Sparkz. You can use Sparkz on any browser; however, we encourage the use of Google Chrome for the best experience.
Once Sparkz finishes processing your file, a download icon will appear in the chat, and the download button next to the microphone will become active.
While the microphone is active, speak your question or message. When you’re finished, say “Lightning” to automatically send it.
When users click the “New Conversation” button, their current chat is cleared. Previous chats are saved in the Memories section, where users can delete them at any time if needed.
Yes! Sparkz can continue a conversation from where you left off if you reference a previous chat, as long as those memories haven’t been deleted.
Your session is saved automatically. Just log back in and pick up where you left off.
