The Sparkz Space Educators Fellowship is a yearlong professional journey that helps teachers design classrooms where dialogue becomes the engine of understanding.
Bringing Back the Power of Learning Out Loud
The Fellowship unites educators from across schools and countries. Through guided labs, collaborative projects, and classroom practice, Fellows will forge best practices for incorporating learning out loud into everyday instruction. Our two AI discovery guides, Sparkz (learner-facing) and Sophia (educator-facing), will assist them.
The Fellowship aspires to become an active community where educators test ideas, refine tools, and co-create the next generation of dialogic learning.

Reclaiming Dialogue as the Catalyst for Learning
Conversation has always been the driving force behind education. Dialogue is how ideas are built, tested, and understood. Unfortunately, learning depth has been usurped by learning efficiency in many of today’s classrooms. Learners rarely get the chance to hear themselves think, let alone deeply discuss the content they are absorbing with their teachers and peers.
This Fellowship is designed give educators space and opportunities to be architects of future of learning. We hope to help teachers bring dialogue back to the classroom, making discussion, reasoning, and shared inquiry once again the center of learning.

Dialogic learning is discovery through discussion. It helps learners explore what they think, feel, and understand by talking, listening, and processing. Rather than memorizing answers, they make meaning through dialogue.
The approach helps learners find clarity in their own words and confidence in their voice.
